55 Milliseconds or Less Latency Over the Internet With the Continental US: SusQtech guarantees the average monthly latency for round-trip transmissions within the continental United States will be 55 milliseconds or less. Latency will be calculated by averaging measurements between various points on the Internet during a one month period.
Less than 1% Packet Loss Over the Internet: SusQtech guarantees less than 1% average packet loss over the Internet. If average packet loss is more than 1% over a month period, all SusQtech clients will receive a credit equal to one day on their monthly bill.
