Executive Management Team 

Michael Steadman – President
Mike Steadman brings nearly 20 years of technical management and business development experience to his role as President, Susquehanna Technologies.  Before joining the corporation in 1999, Mike held multiple leadership positions with the US Air Force and Fortune 100 Companies.  Mike is an active speaker and writer within the Association and Non-Profit industry, and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives. Mike holds an A.S. in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, a B.S. in Computer Science from James Madison University, and an M.S. in Information Technology Management with Virginia Tech.

Jim LaRocca – Vice President, Business Development
Jim LaRocca is responsible for Susquehanna Technologies’ Business Development efforts in the Commercial Marketplace, with particular emphasis in the Association and Non Profit Arena.  Jim has more than 15 years of senior sales and marketing experience and is a driving force for customer acquisition, strategic partnerships and corporate positioning. He is a frequent speaker at ASAE educational sessions. Prior to joining Susquehanna Technologies Jim held several sales management positions in the technology publishing industry with CMP Media and The Times Mirror Company. Jim holds a B.B.A. in Finance from St. Bonaventure University.

Jennifer Miller - Vice President, Customer Relations
Jen Miller brings her broad background of customer service, project management and technical experience to her current executive position with Susquehanna Technologies.  Jen's role is to manage and maintain positive, productive relationships with nearly 100 active customers.  More importantly, Jen closely monitors SusQtech's unprecedented 95% customer retention rate, ensuring every customer's short and long-term success.  Jen is a current member of the ASAE Technology Advisory Council, and maintains multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator.  Jen holds a B.S. in Computer Programming and Information Systems from Shepherd College where she graduated Cum Laude.

Jim Cardillo - Vice President, Professional Services
As the Vice President of Professional Services, Jim Cardillo comes to Susquehanna Technologies with an impressive record.  Jim has over 25 years experience in both the advertising and corporate communications industries.  Jim earned his B.F.A. in design from the School of Visual Arts in NYC, and began his career in New York as an advertising art director with MCS Advertising, handling clients ranging from M&M Mars to Maxell. Jim also spent 10 years as Communications Manager and Senior Art Director at Financial Executives Institute, with the latter years spent developing the Institute’s internet, extranet and intranet.  In 1999, Jim was recruited to Virginia to head up Judd OnLine’s (now Susquehanna Technologies) Design and Page Building Groups. In 2002, Jim joined Wildebeest Media as a managing partner, designing and developing internet solutions for such national clients as AZEK Trimboards and American Background. Jim has been honored by the Art Directors Club of NY, The Type Directors Club, the Society of Illustrators, the Society of National Association Publications and the ASAE.

Brad Bogle - Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Brad is responsible for the overall marketing efforts of Susquehanna Technologies.  With over 14 years of experience as a senior marketing executive, Brad’s experience includes working with customers in business, government and associations/non-profits.  Prior to joining SusQtech, Brad was involved in the sales & marketing of technology solutions on behalf of software, hardware and service companies as well as for Web businesses and consulting firms.  As the managing partner of GIT Marketing, Brad created and managed programs for Global 1000 companies including Shell, Compaq Computer (now HP), General Motors and Waste Management.  Brad received his MBA from the Mendoza College of Business (University of Notre Dame) and his BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University.
