 Extraordinary Website Project/Account Managers

SusQtech is expanding again and is seeking extraordinary account managers with a passion for supporting our customers' web sites, intranet, extranets and communities -- all built on the SharePoint platform. Ideal candidates will have the ability and experience to coordinate a strong and diverse team of technical and creative professionals, system architects, site builders, and support professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer business objectives and provide guidance and expertise in the areas of internet best practices, web design, information architecture, taxonomy and usability
- Manage expectations around timelines, cost estimates, and task status for multiple customer accounts with varying SharePoint solutions (publishing sites, intranets, extranets, communities)
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth by providing responsive, proactive and solution-oriented consulting services
- Conduct SharePoint training for SP Administrators and End Users

Qualification / Requirements:
- Strong understanding of basic web technologies
- Extremely strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proven track record in managing customer expectations
- Established trouble-shooting skills
- Experience with a Help Desk or ticketing system a plus
