SusQtech is seeking a Senior Sales Solution Architect responsible for presenting and evangelizing Microsoft’s SharePoint Technologies Sales to prospects and customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for presenting a clear and compelling business case for the SharePoint solution platform and for our team's outstanding and diverse consulting/implementation services. The Solution Architect will effectively leverage their depth and breadth of technical, industry and project expertise to solicit business requirements, to develop project pricing, to address technical issues and questions throughout the full sales cycle, and to effectively demonstrate SharePoint-based solutions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop a full understanding of customer's short- and long-term business/technology needs and to work closely with all sales team members to develop comprehensive and practical solution to address those needs;
  • Ability to build and present customized demos both in an onsite and/or online setting;
  • Ability to develop full proposal pricing plans that address complex business, technical and project requirements;
  • Ability to clearly communicate a platform's business and technology feature-set and to address questions on infrastructure, solution hardware, software, networking, integration and security architecture requirements;
  • Ability to effectively participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position;
  • Attain quarterly and annual sales objectives assigned by management;
  • Ability to write detailed solution-based proposals for services engagements including RFP responses;
  • Ability to work closely with sales staff to develop customers offerings based on the SharePoint framework.

Requirements:

    • B.S (or equivalent) in Computer science, Software Engineering, or MIS;
      • 5 years of proven relevant experience with strong references;
      • Outstanding oral and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate value propositions at multiple levels within the customer’s organization;
      • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
