SusQtech is seeking a Technical Product Manager for its Product Development group. This position reports to the VP, Product and Training and will be responsible for working with both the technical product development team and the sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for web technologies and interest in working in a fast paced ‘start-up’ environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining all product and solution accelerator documentation, white-papers, benefits statements and product related content.
- Responsible for the product support function including monitoring bug/trouble tickets, maintaining FAQs, managing the product support portal and all other product customer communications..
- Responsible for development of product demo scripts and maintaining a product demonstration SharePoint environment
- Manage product development efforts including project management and serving as the ‘Product Owner’ during the development ‘Sprints’.
- Revenue/Cost Reporting – weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually reports to the executive team.
Requirements:
- B.S (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Web Design/Development or related field;
- 4 years of proven relevant experience with strong references.
- Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of SharePoint a plus (but not required).
