
Vice President, Professional Services
Jen is experienced in Customer Relations providing web-based solutions to customers for over 15 years. Her focus and attention on customers has contributed greatly to SusQtech’s high rate of customer retention. Jen currently leads SusQtech’s Professional Services group which caters nearly 100 active customers including: World Vision, National Association of Home Builders, World Wildlife Fund, Consumer Electronics Association, American College of Cardiology, American Association for the Study of Liver Disease, American Osteopathic Association and Retail Industry Leaders Association.
Jen’s focus on creating and expanding the SharePoint On-Call division at SusQtech has allowed the project team to focus on long-term projects. Working in small groups, the support team is agile in their abilities to assist with more immediate needs.
Jen is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives, where she serves on the technology section council and regularly speaks at ASAE events. Jen is a member of the Project Management Institute, International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners, AIIM, and the local Kiwanis International group. She holds several certifications, including Project Management Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator. Jen began her career with Automated Peripherals, Inc (API) based in Hartford, Wisconsin developing time and attendance systems for hospitals and healthcare facilities. In addition, she holds a B.S. in Computer Programming and Information Systems from Shepherd College where she graduated Cum Laude.
