About Thomas Logan, CTO, HiSoftware
Thomas Logan has spent the past ten years creating software applications that address Web content compliance and accessibility. Logan is the Chief Technology Officer for HiSoftware, where he is responsible for designing and delivering solutions that enable organizations to effectively manage and govern their electronic information systems. In recent years, Thomas’s work has been specifically focused on issues of content privacy and confidentiality for both corporate enterprises and large public sector agencies. He has experience designing compliance solutions for a broad suite of technologies including Microsoft SharePoint, ASP.NET, Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Forms, Flash, JavaScript and Delphi. Logan’s work has included building a fully functioning and accessible Web application for ARIA and WCAG2 as well as a screen reader that consumes the information. Previously, Logan was the principal Program Manager at Microsoft for the Microsoft UI Automation framework in Windows Vista. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina.
