SusQtech uses a proven, best practice project methodology.  The methods that are used for a typical customer engagement include the following:

Risk Mangement Plan Generated at the start of each project to determine potential risks that could jeopardize the project.

Communication Plan Communication of current status and issues are delivered in the form of a status document. This status document denotes the status of the overall work effort, critical issues to be resolved, current items of discussion, open and closed issues, upcoming milestones, upcoming meetings, and deliverables to be created and reviewed in the upcoming period.

Work Breakdown Structure A Work Breakdown Structure is used to segment the project’s deliverables and the development team’s accomplishments. This structure allows for a more micro-level view into the teams progress and the overall project status.
