The following terms pertain to the purchase of SharePoint training classes. The cancellation policy for conferences, including the SharePoint .Org Conference, can be found on the registration page for the conference.
Retake for Free
A student may repeat any desktop or technical class at no charge as long as it is on our public schedule and there is space available. The student may either reuse the course materials they received in the original class or purchase new courseware.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Students who are not completely satisfied with the training they receive from SusQtech may receive a refund of course fees OR re-take the course for no additional fee. Claims under this guarantee must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the close of class, and include the specific circumstances regarding the claim.
Course Evaluation
Students will be provided the opportunity to provide feedback upon completion of all courses provided by Susquehanna Technologies. For Microsoft Official Curriculum courses, feedback will be provided via “Metrics That Matter”, and via student assessment forms for SusQtech custom courseware.
SusQtech Class Rescheduling
Occasionally we need to reschedule a class due to circumstances such as low enrollment. For all training courses SusQtech reschedules, we will provide students with alternative dates and locations at time of notification. In the event of a reschedule, all students will be given the option of attending the rescheduled class, or receiving a full refund.
Student Cancellation
Courses are planned and resources booked based upon overall enrollment. Student cancellations at a late date are often impossible to fill with another student. Classes cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start date of a class will receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 30 days prior to the start date, and more than 15 days prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund. Classes cancelled less than 15 days prior to the start date will receive no refund. Class registration can be transferred to a new student, provided the transfer occurs more than 3 business days prior to the class start date.
